To be eligible for a return or exchange:
Product must be unused, in original condition, and in its complete packaging.
All tags, labels, barcodes, manuals, warranty cards, accessories, freebies, and original box must be included ("Essentials").
Products returned without complete packaging or essentials will not be accepted.
The return package must be securely packed to avoid damage during transit.
All returns are subject to verification and quality checks by our team.
To protect customers and prevent misuse:
You must provide a clear, unedited video showing:
The product being packed into the return box
The product’s condition clearly visible
The package being sealed properly
Without this video, the return cannot be approved.
Customers must record a clear, continuous unboxing video at the time of opening the parcel, showing:
All sides of the sealed package
The unboxing process
The product received and any visible defects
Claims without an unboxing video may not be accepted.

Once your request is approved, we will send you pickup details or a return shipping label, depending on your location.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
The following cannot be returned:
Customized or personalized products
Perishable goods
Items marked Non-Returnable
Gift cards and sale items (unless damaged/incorrect)
If you receive:
A damaged product
A defective item
A wrong product
Missing accessories
You must notify us within 24–48 hours of delivery with the mandatory unboxing video.
We will verify the claim and arrange pickup or replacement.
You may request an exchange within 14 days.
Each item can be exchanged only once.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If the desired product is out of stock, you will receive store credit or may choose an alternative item.
Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.
Pre-shipment cancellation may be accepted only in exceptional cases.
No refund for cancellation after dispatch.
Refunds are issued only for:
